Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email, message, or written confirmation from Montenegrina Travel.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, or other agreed payment methods.

For certain services, including multi-day tours, larger groups, weddings, events, and customized travel arrangements, an advance payment or deposit may be required.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may be subject to cancellation charges.
• No-shows are charged at 100% of the booked service value.
• In case of force majeure, including severe weather conditions, road closures, border restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, alternative arrangements will be offered whenever possible.

Delays

Montenegrina Travel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, border crossing procedures, weather conditions, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Child Seats

Complimentary child and booster seats are available upon request and can be provided at no additional cost.

Travel Documents

Passengers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents required for border crossings and international travel.

Additional Information

Tour itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, seasonal restrictions, road conditions, or operational requirements to ensure the best possible experience and safety of our guests.
